So I was messing with some players and calling them names and I very sorry for my actions. But here on the forms it says you will receive 1 warning. So Woody gave me a warning but I didn't do anything after that warning. So in that case I shoudn't be banned.​

 

Well going by the smack talk you were doing with homer i would call you a liar on that. Being we can see our chat logs on the servers

 

Per my conversation with you, that was saved, you showed no remorse about your actions. You even said you wouldn't change your attitude. The other day you said you have been on our server for a year, which means you know the rules about being nice to others and you have been trolling Caboose very hard, with some very inappropriate comments.

 

I know and i'm normal not mean but this week has just been so stressful because of break and it was childish. I understand that I have been playing for a year and I know the rules. I'd really like to be unbanned because I took a break for a while but now I want to make up for it. But I messed up but I didn't realize it but now I do. I hope I can get back on and start playing soon.

 

I dont think you will change anytime soon there is no excuse to act that way in our server PERIOD!!!!! You can have a timeout for awhile

 

I will not approve an unban, as it appears this isn't the first time you have been told about your attitude (your comment about Woody in your original appeal that was entered wrong), and more so, you are apologizing now, that you have actually been banned, and not when an admin came to you directly to discuss the issue.

 

Here's the thing, I thought the person that I was messing around with knew I was messing around with him. Once I realized that he thought that I was serious I felt like shit and stopped. If you ask some of the other players that know me they'll say i'm normal a chill and relaxed person. And if the ban continues I would like to have proof of me saying things after I got the warning.

 

You were muted and gagged for the same behavior earlier this year, and you also received a minor temp ban on a different server last year for the same reason as well. I see no reason why we should lift this week-long ban.

 

What does a different server have to do with this? That's irrelevant. And no, the only game I have played in the last year was CS:GO. I recently re-downloaded CS:S a week ago. The only other server I can remember getting gagged, muted, and banned was on my friends server.

I love the 3rd to last one where you say you are not going to stop your attitude with everyone. But i think its funny that you do all this smack talking shit and as soon as you get banned your like im sorry to wont do it again. We going by the way you talk in the server to one of our admins in my opinion you shouldnt be unban and should be perm banned.

 

Squid serve out the week ban as the punishment is deserving.
