cs_office/de_dust2

Could you consider adding de_cpl_mill to the rotation? I personally find it really fun and people tend to agree with me on that.

Just an idea to get away from just cs_office/dust2 since they can get a bit old after a while

Thanks for your input. We currently have over 40 maps that are on the server but NOT in rotation including the map you asked for. Only an admin can change the server to one of those maps. The reason we have it dedicated to just two maps is to keep maps everyone is familiar with. Once in awhile i will change the map if everyone wants to try something different but office/dust are our default maps.

 

Maybe add RTV to the server? or !votechange? something else that would be easier as well for the public to change it. Just a thought

 

I like the idea of switching the maps up every so often, but i always thought that the point of having only 2 maps on the server was to help people get better at those two maps, and thus become better at the game. Everyone may not be along with me on this, but i think that it should stay that way for the most part, excluding the occasional map change.

 

well as a admin and a regular on the dust server i personally do 2 things

first i do a vote in chat if they want a different map if they are complaining too much and want to do something different. i ask them first if they want a different map and then i ask them to name one they want. after they are done i take the top 3-5 and do a vote on it. but i dont do it all the time only when asked as if any admin does it cause they dont want the map the server is on that could be abuse and we could lose players on the server
