    It appears that I was banned for "eye test violation" by console. Based on what I have read on line (didnt know what that meant) it is aimboting. I have never used aimbot. I have read that other peole have been banned without legitimate reason. Appears that taunting (e.g. dancing Conga) can be misread/misinterpreted by module. I can assure you this is the case here as I have NEVER used aimboting. I have been baned unjustly. Please review nad reverse my ban. Thanks! ​

    Actually, it is not aimbotting. Eye Test Violation is known as walls hacking or material walls. Yes, there has been several complications with bans due to the dancing conga interaction, but that being said I believe that has been fixed long ago. However, I will double check on this issue.

    I have went a head and have unbanned you do to an admin of ours giving you good reputation. You should be able to continue playing on our servers. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for your appeal!

    Eye Test Violation isn't wall hacking or material walls. Neither can be detected via SMAC unless the wallhack module is loaded. The wall hack module consumes too much CPU so we've never loaded it. Eye Test Violation happens when the clients angles are beyond the default values a player can achieve. Usually only a hack (aimbot, no spread, no recoil) will cause this. However, recent taunts have occasionally been causing this issue. SMAC just recently released a fix for this, but I have yet to upload it to our servers. I will have it uploaded tonight.

    Ah, thanks for the info. My apologies I had no idea about that. Good to know for future reference! I can imagine how many people would get banned for walls on SK if you have had it on there lol
