My demo as well. His aim was clearly snapping to enemies.

I'd like to add that his Steam profile only has one friend, DeliriousCupcakeBagel7890 (STEAM_0:1:90098975), and it's someone who has also played on the server. Naturally I suspected that this second person was the main account and the reported account was an alt, especially when I found they were both from the same location. After taking a closer look, though, I saw that the two accounts were playing on the server at the same time (Delirious left before I arrived). That means they're two separate entities, either siblings or just friends. Either way, Delirious was almost certainly aware that dustinp356 was using hacking software, and Delirious may have been using that software as well (although the player's gameME-recorded Events don't seem to suggest that).

The point of the above paragraph is that we should keep an eye out for this other player. He may have been playing on the same IP, in which case he will be automatically banned as a duplicate account. He may not have played on the same IP, but he may have encouraged dustinp356 to use hacks, or maybe he even used them himself and got away with it at first. Whatever the case may be, I'm not sure that this story is completely over yet.
