    Also, just an update.... This dude is doing the same thing, but by changing his name, I warned him today, he stopped, if he continues, I guess it will become a ban, at least temp ban.

    Yup, if he is changing his name to racist terms just go a head and give him a week ban. I'll adjust it to perm then, because people that go out of there way to act out like that just shows he won't learn.
