Hey guys, I wasn't sure if any of you have an ipod touch or android device that resembles an ipod touch. However, recently with the cases against AT&T which is whom i've been with for over 4 years now and was very happy with decided to raise there rates. My current contract runs out next month and I happened to get a letter stating that my current plan rates are going to be more then what I currently pay.

I rarely even use the cell as what it is actually suppose to be used for. I mainly use it for internet capabilities and anyone I do happen to talk to is usually in form of texting and what not.

I don't like iphones or ipods as I've seen several family members have them and happen to have so many issues with them. I rather stick with android as i'm most comfortable with that system.

Can anyone recommend anything and what not? Thanks and sorry for the huge paragraph explanation.

I currently use a Galaxy S3 and have for almost two years now ever since my old smartphone had a little meltdown. It has been sturdy and reliable for me, and you should be able to find one for cheap since it's three generations behind current. That's one option.

Oh, I have the galaxy S4 actually. I just wanted a non cell phone something like an ipod where you can just use to browse the net and get a data contract with as like I said, I don't really call anyone as I more likely text or use applications to talk to most people. Thanks though!

I've been researching a ton actually and figured I might just go a head and get a tablet. The new Samsung galaxy tab s2 comes out this month sometime, so I myswell wait for it since it's suppose to top the ipad air 2.

Check how much the plan is, and compare it to a Note 4 at the time. With the Note 5 coming out soon, the Note 4 will drop in price.

I have an old Tab 2, and it's nice, but Wi-Fi, no plan which may have made it nicer.

I did just get a Surface Pro, maybe look into the smaller one, as I'm very impressed.

Yeah, I've talked with my provider and they told me the other day for a tablet with data I'd be looking at 40 bucks a month which is way cheaper then I currently pay for my damn phone. I had already planned on getting one with data and wifi both combined. As at work and home I have free wifi I can use at any given time. Data i'd only really use if i was away obviously.

I'll take a look at notes tonight when I get time. Thanks Homer!
