Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

Apparently, there is a weapon exploit that lets you jump immediately after firing while scoped from the hitman's heatmaker. I was curious about it after a player told me there was a guy abusing it. It turns out, not only was he using the glitch, it looks like he was toggling too.

Do you happen to have any longer demos?

I admit he is abusing the glitch, but I see no signs of toggling at all in the demos you provided.
