    Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::
    This is pretty weird. Multiple people from the same area in Russia (Moscow and outskirts) connected, which I thought was a little suspicious since there is a slim chance they would have a playable connection. So far this is the only one to demonstrate any possible cheats, but one other is an alt for a level 24 who was vac banned more than 2 years ago. He isn't showing any signs of hacks.

    The one might be walling from the demo, but not solid enough. Just keep an eye out and report again if you happen to find something.

    I have a question, does VG apply punishment if it is guilty by association?

    Okay so let's say they are friends and one knows that the other is hacking. Would you consider that punishable?

    I would have had to check their friends lists to see if they were friends. I did not because I was treating them as separate cases and trying to avoid the whole guilty-by-association thing. I will say that this player's location and SUBAKA's location were near each other. SUBAKA connected from Moscow and this player connected Novomoskvosk, which is a suburb of moscow according to google.

    That is called assumption. Assumption will just make an ass out of yourself, so always know the facts and never assume. ;)

    Anyways, with cases like this I can always easily check if they're friends on steam or run there ip's to see if they're on the same one or even same state which would tell me the truth. Either way still need a demo or some sort of evidence to support the punishment.
