@Rogue Reports don't need to be made for comms unless it runs into racial terms being used. If they're just spamming etc just follow our regular protocol on gag/mutes. Warn, temp gag/mute, if they keep it up just give them a longer temp. I believe you should also have perm gag/mute which is fine to use in these situations. They can do an appeal if they really want to be reversed.
