This is my first ban on any of your servers and I apologize for not writing this sooner because I was not aware that I could write a ban appeal. I do not understand the reason for my ban which is "[SourceSleuth] Duplicate account". What I think I do know is the reason for my ban is that my friend thought it was a good idea to "hack" while playing Team Fortress 2 on my account. I do not and never have used hacked clients of any kind while playing Team Fortress 2. I abhor "hackers" or "hacks" of any kind in all video games I have ever played. Hacked clients candidly defeat the purpose of the game itself and I would never dare to use hacked clients in any of the games I have played. I was very upset when I discovered I had been banned and I was also very upset with my friend. Truthfully, I really just miss playing on Orangex3 because it was one of the best servers I had ever played on in Team Fortress 2. I believe this all to be a misunderstanding and I hope that one day I will be able to play on Orangex3 again. Thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope you understand.​

 

Why would I be banned also just because I was using the same IP?
That is not my account, I think that is my friend's account.

 

If that is true why would your friend be banned from your IP?

 

As I mentioned before, my friend hacks in Team Fortress 2 and plays at my house.

 

It's your responsibility to watch over what people do on your Internet service. We can not just take your word that it was your so called friend that had done the cheating. With that being said your ban will be upheld, sorry!
