Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

Titilated Engineer repeatedly insulted players and demeaned them, including saying you should kill yourself. I politiely asked him to calm down the comments and he said "nah, it isn't against the rules." When he continued, I warned him and he still continued. When I silenced him in game, he left the game, changed his name to Titilated EngineeR to avoid the punishment. When he continued, I reminded him that he had been warned for demeaning other players but he continued. I issued an extended silence. He left again, changing his name back to Titilated Engineer, to avoid his punishment.

Ok, thanks! The first mute/gag was through the player menu. I didn't realize that he could avoid it. When I redid the mute/gag I used the comm menu and made it for 120 minutes. Thanks. Still learning the ropes.

 

@The Lunatic isintheHouse I issued a 1 day gag/mute on the player earlier. I replied on my phone to this thread this evening, but for some reason it did not show up which is weird. Anyways, Woody basically said what I was going to say. Thanks for the report!
