A VG raffle

I have been thinking this over for a bit now, and I thought it would be fun to do a raffle for headset or something similar, but to cover for the cost we could have a $1 entry fee. I also thought that if not many people join the $1 entry fee wouldn't cover the cost a headset, to balance this out we could start with a decent prize like maybe an unusual or a steam game something not too expensive, and as people start joining the prize would get bigger so that it could cover the cost of a more expensive item. I would like any critizism on the thought, so that it could be improved and possibly used.

 

We've already discussed this in the past several times. Most recently I have brought this up to the other managers on an idea of doing one. We rather do competitions at this time and then see if they go well and then branch out towards raffles and other giveaways.

One way I mentioned of doing raffles which in my opinion would be a better way of doing it. Would be to go through the forum points and make it so many points per a raffle. 1k points= 1 dollar. This would help promote our forum store more and also help the forum gain more activity especially since forum points are free to earn if your steadily active. It's really a win win if you do it this way.
