Reflections

Tons of hours on the original TF, before Steam. Used to like the map Well the most.... then 2fort. Still play it once in awhile. TF2 8yrs now. After 11,000+ hours on it I have seen some awesome players. SuperJeeves (soldier) could fly through the air all over the map and airshot flying scouts midair with the greatest of ease with a direct hit. He liked Turbine. Saw a demo of him win a 2v2 competition (medic+soldier or demo) that started out with 1000+ teams. The final was SJ (as soldier) with his medic vs a demo + medic team on a custom map. SJ won the big bucks. A soldier with the name of Derek (plays demo also) is a super player. The best demo I have seen is Legion (NrPy). He still plays. He plays demo almost exclusively.... been playing longer than me for sure. Likes the Turbine map. Medic...Hmmmm.... probably Infinateloop over at Stompfest. ALWAYS plays medic. On VG servers Deathsonic7 gets my vote, very good medic... and scout. Dr. Swag is really good too as medic. Spy here at VG... although he doesn't do it much anymore... is Jesse. I nurture my skin is getting real good at spy, too. To be honest I have seen fantastic spies on other servers, just can't recall their names. Sniper. Well I've seen hundreds of really good ones. Trouble is there are so many darn hackers anymore you can't really tell. Best I've seen here at VG (non hacker) was a guy called idiot clown kid. One night i saw him kill 124 straight including every scout/soldier/demo/spy that tried to get him. I had a friend (MillerLight22) who is a GREAT sniper come on and try to get him. idiot clown kid slaughtered him. Scout... too many good ones to name any as the best. Pyro. Lunatic is really. really good! The best I have played against was //Fatality who used to be on StompFest but mostly played on competition teams. Engineer: maybe me. I do good no matter what servers I play on. I hear End is very good. My engie kills after 11,000 hours + my kpd is the measuring stick.

 

What a long read but worth it!

So are you suggesting maps? Confused on this post exactly.

 

Just thinking back on time spent on this game Drac. Reflections! No map suggestions but 2Fort rules them all!

 

Yup I'm a Tfort fan you just seen me on yesterday lol Basically the only one I do join. Now we were thinking of doing a rotation server eventually and probably the best thing to do is a poll on here which people can pick what maps they think would be the best for the rotation.

 

@moronkilla, you made me think about my time playing TF2 and the the maps i consider to be really fun
also thanks for the props but i am still working on my pyro skills... to bring "light and warmth and FIIIIRE to the dark world around me!"
CTF maps - 2fort first then turbine and finally double cross. saw mill is fun but very small
PL - really like bad water, upward, and barnblitz,
CP - granary, process, and then foundry
KOTH - harvest, viaduct, kong king, and lakeside
ARENA - nucleus, badlands, and 2fort of course XD
PLR - only one... high tower

wow...My brain hurts from reading that. Next time break the classes down by paragraph.

A rotation server would be GREAT (I miss the old's like Well)
