    How long have you been playing on our server(s)?: I just started playing on the deathrun server today. I believe i've joined the scoutz knife server before.

    Previous Clans (if any)?: I was in twisted Banshee before. I helped set up their teamspeak and donated a server.

    Who (if anyone) referred you to apply?: no one.

    Have you read and understand the member conduct agreement?: I have and I understand fully.
