Server points fix

    I've noticed on the 24/7 Turbine server that you lose all the points for previously built Engineer objects at the start of the next round even if you win and they're not destroyed.

    Considering the grind up the server rank increases in difficulty I think it'd be a good idea to change this unnecessary point loss. Why be punished for when you win?

    Yes, if I have a full set of engy built items I end up getting -14 points at the end of the round.

    Sentry = -5
    Dispenser = -5
    Teleporter entrence = -2
    Teleporter exit = -2

    That's 7 kills against 1,000 total points players.
