What do you mean you've seen him pull out bots?

 

The only bots that should be showing up if this is what your talking about is when there isn't enough people, bots are placed in the game so the players who play later in the night (such as yourself) have something to fight against.

 

Thanks for the replies. The user that I accused was in fact not hacking. I was a newbie to the game at the time of this post. Since studying the game and realizing what strafing, bunnyhopping, etc. can do for you, I realize that he was legit. He just has a latency of 1-5 always, which certainly helps him out. Thanks and sorry for the disruption.
