two-way radios

    I'm in the mix of thinking of buying some two-way radios for multiple things such as work/vacations/hunting etc I was wondering if anyone knew a good pair that is decent for the money.

    I would like for at least 16 miles + that's really the only specs i'm concerned about other then having rechargeable batteries as well.

    If anyone has suggestions that would be perfect. Thanks!

    Curious to see what you decide on. My older cobra's were fine when we went skiing but technology has gotten so much better.

    Ah, i actually have decided on the Motorola MH230R

    They got really high reviews, but i'll let you know how they are once i recieve them.
