Crouch Spot or Not?

Hey guys, just thought i would bring this up, i took these scree shots of a spot on a map, and weve had some differences of opinion about whether or not it is a crouch spot. as you can see in the second picture, therer used to be a lip which you can shoot off which makes any one have to slowly crouch into the position, but when the player or zombie shoots it, that enables you to get into the spot without having to crouch! So i ask you all for your opinion, i think it is important to rule this out, because i am constantly having to tell players not to put props in there because it makes it utterly impossible to get to them!

 

I don't know what map that is, but if you have to crouch to get in to it to start with makes it a crouch spot, if you can't crouch jump over an over turned barrel it's a crouch spot. I don't know how much it opens up after shooting that block, but until you shoot that block to me it is still a crouch spot.

 

That is one of those spots that is technically considered a crouch due to how low the ceiling is. You are able to stand but props are not allowed in it.
