   You need setup on teamspeak first. I'll hop on now and set you up if you're on if not contact a manager or staff member on steam or on teamspeak and let them know.

   The first time you join teamspeak you are locked in the lobby. This is to avoid spam.
   
   Once an admin/manager grants you access to move channels you should be set from there on forth.
