Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

So basically, this guy is ranked 10 on this server which is pretty high yet he plays like trash. I've heard of him from some of the other VG members and they claimed he was walling. Today he joined while I was on. I went to spec to check him out and this is what I got. It's not much but there's certain scenarios which seemed pretty sus to me.

At 5:40 (which should be about the fifth notch on the demoui2, 6th if you include the one on the very beginning of the demo), he kills a bot while flashed. However, he had no way of knowing this bot was there prior to the flash so it seems a little weird.

At 7:20, this whole round just feels off. He starts it off by shooting towards a bot through smoke.

At 9:00 which should be the 3rd to last notch, he dinks Ice Cream through the wall with the M4 with no visible way of knowing he was there.

And I can't remember when he did it (either after 7:20 or 9:00) but he started calling Ice Cream out and accusing him of hacking and questioning why he hadn't been banned yet. Ice Cream is a regular on this server and it's pretty obvious he's not hacking soo..​

He's on right now. Spectate him and record a demo to be sure that he is hacking before you issue any ban. If it is apparent to you that he's hacking, go ahead and issue a ban. Drac will extend it to perm once he's on.

 

No you never do this unless you have a demo of your own to back it up. The report center is for us to review and make that final decision.

 

Is Jason's not enough?

 

Like Drac said, you always need your own proof before you take action.

 

If Jasons demo is enough then that is my job as the Ban Manager to make that decision and issue the ban for the report. Your job as an admin should be to record your own demo and file your own report.

That being said, I have reviewed the demo and have issued a perm ban.
