Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

I was called in to mute This player after he has been whistling in the mic, I warned him he stoped, I was called back because he continued, (went in as alias he kept whistling, changed name back to CaptinCCat and he stoped)

After I muted him he started Targeting Neptune, I went to silence for a day, but right as I got a UnMute so I could issue a Scilence, and he left.

I would like either a Scilence issued on said Player, or a Small Ban

Issued a 3 day mute. Yeah, if this is the same xanax that i'm aware of he was actually perm gag/muted before on another account. If he tends to keep going with this behavior i'll do the same on this account.
