Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

This player has had many warrnings from other admins that I have seen my self, and today at 9:30ish he was cade breaking. When I told him to stop over mic as first warrning he fallowed me and broke my cade the fallowing round.
I then went to spec. to get a demo of him doing the crimes, and all the did because he knew what I was doing was stood around as a first zombie.
I have the demo read to go if anyone wants to see it, not that standing around is really breaking the ruls much but still.
