What do you expect your job to be as an admin?:

To maintain server smoothness. And to make the game enjoyable for every participant in the server. By settling fights or disagreements, gagging spammers, and dispatching hackers. ​

What is the appropriate action needed for a mic/chat spammer?:

Never ban or kick, And only administer a gag/mute after a warning. And to be sure to unmute/ungag when i feel they have served enough time.​

If you hear news there is a hacker, what actions would you take?:

spectate to gather evidence first, even if it's an obvious hacker. It's better to upload a demo of the hacker to the ban page, and if the evidence is supportive enough, a permaban may be issued. And genuine mistakes by the admin won't require disciplinary action, unless suspected of punishing players for simply being better.​
