I think they may be walling. I'll leave it up to other admins to give their input, but with a 200+ ping, it's hard to imagine they could be this good and it seems highly unlikely that they could be chilling in the middle of the map and always seem to gravitate to where the enemy is without getting knifed.

Here are some demos. The one that gave me strong suspicions is in Demo 3 when they get onto nade level.
