Not 100% sure, but I'd guess an aim assist.
I spectated for a bit and there are numerous times where he doesn't appear to be aiming anywhere near the upper body and still get's a head shot.
He almost always get's a headshot regardless of where he is aiming around the body. I checked his rates and he's at roughly a 75% head shot / kill ratio which is insane.
