24/7 Office/Dust2 Suggestion

I play in the server more than another other VG members and I'm not an admin, so it's difficult to make people play A only until 5v5. It makes too hard for the CT's to have to play both sites. I think that a rule of A only until 5v5 needs to be added to the motd that way I can point people to that rule whenever they plant b, and this is coming from someone who only plays on the terrorist side.
