Reversed Ban Appeal - Buckethead

Detailed reason why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

HostageDK or Count Dracula's permanent mute on me was way out of proportion considering the context of the situation, and I'm sure you can see for yourself what happened that night. Maybe he was having a bad day or something? I hear he has something against me because I am with Vx clan which have members you guys believe are hackers; however this should not warrant his admin abuse. Here's the chat log:

As you can see, I am not innocent obviously; nonetheless cursing him was a reaction to him calling me kid and trying to assert his authority in a blockheaded way. He also banned me for 4 hours due to having my name changed to "Buckethead - mad admin", which admittedly was an attempt to make him more angry. This was a reasonable punishment. The perma mute wasn't. Please reverse it.

I just want it to be known that I never trolled him, as that would imply I only said the things I said to him to make him angry. This is only partially true, since you can see I originally (innocently) criticized his actions with the harshest word used being "soft"... not really something that warranted his hostile behavior to me (which quite clearly was motivated by his feelings towards my clanmates). Of course, afterwards I "trolled" him by cursing at him and changing my username which were obvious attempts to upset him.

Anyways, thanks for your swift action. I will avoid Dracula although it is inevitable that we will meet again in the server, so I hope he will reconsider his hostility towards me which is based on his animosity towards my clanmates.

 

It's not my place to post here about this, but i shall intend to say to you bucket this is not the first encounter I had with you on issues. You're kinda lucky I didn't have admin before when you called me a nigger, because it would of just then and there been a perm ban instead. I come into SK and rarely ever talk on mic nor in chat everyone that plays daily can admit this. Therefore when I come in to play I only play for the entertainment and enjoyment of the game. I don't care about stats/points or anything else! I only care to play with friends and have fun as I usually play after work and it relaxes me to enjoy the game itself. For you guys to come into sk everyday while I play and try trolling me so to say and/or disrespect me a ton then of course i'm going to get upset and push the issue of getting rid of you one way or another. Who wouldn't? I can tell you this if Gotcha was in there (founder of VG as well) he would of gotten rid of you LONG AGO. Because he doesn't put up with disrespect any further then i do myself. Anyways to point out one thing that you have done which if you really want i can go back in your chat records and find it. When Pikkassault was banned you were in the server not 2 days later asking me why. I said please go to our forums and read why. You then intended to call me a faggot and ask if i was going to ban you next. I replied in return no, because i don't believe you hack like they did. After that you intended just keep saying things till i ignored you and left the sk server and went and played inside another to avoid you. If these actions are still going to assist I suggest play in another server cause i'm not going to lie i am going to uphold admin in there as much as i can to actually make it playable and to be able to have fun again.

How about this? Count Dracula was getting destroyed by me in the game a few months ago then started saying to me "why do you try so hard? it's so late in the night, what's wrong with you? you're a ****ing loser" OH but I don't have any proof, so just take my word for it. I already vowed I would avoid making contact with you, but if we do talk again, try to show me some respect if you want some back. You won't get respect from me simply because you have admin powers, you will have to earn it.

Well it was not intended to cause a argument. As I rarely talk in game you should be able to go back through my chat fairly easily and find out if i truly said that and provide the proof needed. It's really not hard just go to gameme stats page and search my name and hit "chat". Chat is all there! Because I never said any of that too you as I don't even care, I went 55-42 last night or something like that and anyone in there can admit I never spoken a word and just kept playing.

Same goes for you in the respect world. You have never shown me none so in return of course same goes around. Your chat record btw goes to show how you talk ingame

I'm not pointing this out to anger you or to cause any other argument. You got to learn and realize i am only doing this to help you understand why my actions took place against you. If you watch what you say and avoid these things then no actions will take place in the future.

I would have to say just consider your self lucky you got to deal with Drac and not me or a few of our other admins . Please take a chill pill . Our servers are here for fun , and our admins are there to make sure that everyone that comes in has a good time and would consider coming back . He was just doing what he signed up for when he became admin . Woody I say lock it up !
