Detailed reason why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

According to the ban report I was banned for having a "Duplicate account". All I did was change my Steam name to "Mr.Diddlez" as part of a prank. Once I was done I changed my Steam name back to"HylianGamer". I should be unbanned because in my opinion I did nothing to impersonate or frame any other member of the VG community.​

 

There are three other accounts banned by the same IP address you're using. One has been banned for cheating on our Office/dust 2 CSS server. Can you explain this please?

 

I play using my Mobile Phone Hot spot and its password protected. I have also never played CSS or used any "hacks" on my account. I will admit I have another steam account but I've never played CSS nor bought a game on that seperate account.

 

I will reverse your ban this one time, if you happen to get rebanned I am going to have to let it be upheld. I suggest you check and make sure the IP address you're using is not a public IP Address as when you use any Mobile Hot Spot it is a public IP address to which someone else could have already been banned on. Our system auto bans anyone else using that same IP address then. So I suggest not using the mobile hotspot.
