Hey so I was banned a couple days ago I looked up the reason and it says "[SourceSleuth] Duplicate account" Not sure exactly what that means but I'm pretty sure I know what caused it, I have a VPN that i use all the time for web browsing and torrents and I think I either connected or disconnected to it while I was at your server as that was when I got banned. I had no intention of doing any sort of hack or exploit as I've enjoyed playing at the scoutz server for years now so I really hope you guys will let me off with a warning at least and I'll be more careful with my VPN. Unless there's something else the console banned me for that I'm not aware of then let me know otherwise thanks in advance!​

 

I have went a head and reversed your ban, however please do not use any VPN's to connect to our servers as if you get banned again there won't be a second reversal, thanks! Happy gaming!

 

Hey no problem, I had never encountered this with any other server before so I didn't know to be wary of it. I'll make sure it doesn't happen again though, thanks again!
