Detailed reason why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I was only mean to 1 person and that person was a troll and Turbine is the only map I play and this is the only server I play​

 

Personally, I think the punishment is heavier than necessary. Jenna is active on the server and this behavior is very uncommon for him. I would be satisfied with a lighter punishment, such as a two-week gag and no mic punishment.

 

He is not muted on mic at all, he is still eligible to use his mic anytime he wishes. I have only gagged him at this time for a 1 month period due to racist remarks and to show we won't tolerate it, especially towards someone that also plays in our server daily and is like you said is open about his ethnicity. Just ride it out as said it is only a 1 month period. Thanks

I have just double checked apparently they were muted as well. My mistake he should be able to use the mic now.
