Detailed reason why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I was testing a VPN to use on another server, I have a friend there who is an admin and I wanted to change my IP address so they can't see that it's one of my alt accounts and just play the game without being bothered/targeted over other players. Assuming I understand the way the duplicate account detection works somebody used that same VPN and the same IP address as I had and it banned my SteamID because it thought I was that person. I have no malicious intent and merely wanted to see if the VPN was stable enough to play on servers. Thank you for your time.
