Detailed reason why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I joined the Turbine 24/7 server because a friend wanted me to join and whilst joining it banned me, the reason said "Duplicate Account' but I dont know what that means, I only have one other account and thats my secondary​

 

The other account showing banned from the same IP Address is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198174410894

hm, that isnt my second account, so I dont really know who this is
