Detailed reason why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Around the time I was banned I was going through some serious personal problems with substance abuse that led to many forgotten and down-right missing days and weeks.

I'm not going to claim innocence as crime committed under the influence is crime nonetheless... but cheating, hacking, scripting, isn't something a sober, happy, and healthy sappy would do.

I would like to be unbanned now that I am no longer mixing drugs and alcohol. I will not be stupid again.

I can't find my original ban listing in the index, though the one I linked is the only steam account I have access to.

When I look at the current ban is sais Duplicate Account. I went and found you original Ban and it was for EyeTestViolation (@Drac OPZ correct me if I'm wrong but that means the server detected something unusual with the visual, eg. Wallhack, spinhack, some aimbot snaps)

And I'm sorry, but we don't unban people for hacking, and I'm sorry for stupid decisions you made whilst under the influence
ill leave this open till drac can check it out, but I'm 99% sure this is not going to be ban isn't going to be reversed.

Sappy rarely do I do this period, but since I've known you for a few years and know some of your personal issues over the years, I have reversed the ban on your secondary account. Your main account will stay banned!
