Banned for 10 minutes for no reason ???

Just curious, Was on tf2 playing an an admin named Nemesis bans me for aimbot for 10 minutes
without saying a word to me first. I found out it was him and why I got banned on the website.
I do not aimbot or cheat in anyway and never have. I am very good at sniping and that does tend to piss people off , but I do not "rub it in" or start any trouble with anyone. My question here is - Is this typical behavior on this server ? Im pretty new to it but have friends on it and like it. Any helpful input is appreciated.
