Forum start for "Players to watch for..."?

I'm sure there are many instances where our members see abuse and don't know of or can't find an admin to contact and resolve the issue. I would like to see a forum section started where players can submit (but only admins can view) posts of these complaints.

Obviously the more info we have on the situations, the better:
Name
Server
Description of Abuse
Supplementary Info (Pictures/Video)

Yay/Nay?

 

I like this idea. Nowadays it's really hard to get proper evidence since most rule breakers catch you off guard and end up stopping before your able to get evidence.

 

You can set a bind in your config (cstrike\cfg\config.cfg) like this:
bind p "record filename"
then
bind [ stop

There is also a plugin available to auto spectate a certain player, it makes recording demos for hackers etc much easier.

theres another plugin that uses sourcetv to record demos of suspected hackers and saves them to the server

 

plus we got the abuse section which is basically the same thing you can post in there for any abuse etc
