How do I get a playable framerate in cs:go?

Ender (another lazytown regular) gave me CS:GO yesterday and even with low settings and priority set to high I get ~30fps in an empty server and ~20 fps in a populated one. (I also have explorer.exe off and no areo extensions)
I use an fps config for tf2, is there anything similar for CS:GO or do you know some tricks/settings to boost fps in CS:GO?

 

I have a custom config for CS:S which i use for CSGO as well and seems to work wonderful.
