May be out for a few days

I know i havent been on CSS very much since i got addicted to Warframe but now im sick and cant handle gaming without getting dizzy and sick lol. Im sure its no biggy but just wanted to mention but if anyone needs me, i can always check my messages here through my phone.

 

Dizzy and getting nauseous in the stomach? That's from eye strain. Most when they are intensively into a game they have full concentration and they don't blink as they should. This causes eye strain and dry eyes which can give you the dizzyness, nauseous and even migraines. What helps believe it or not is playing in a pitch dark room while in front of your monitor. This focuses on just the monitor and not extra light around you which decreases the eye tension. I went through the same thing was getting migraines every time i would play longer then an hour. I got so sick to the stomach then a migraine would start. After seeing a doc and him asking if I played video games for massive hours he suggested like I said above. Ever since it is very rare I have issues.

 

Ehh i havent had that in a while since i moved my screen as far back as possible and started using Gunnar glasses. Whenever im sick, if its like a cold or flu, it fucks me uuuuup. Ive got a decent fever at the moment, sore throat, runny nose, lots of sneezing, starting to cough now, its all kinds of ugly and then some lol.
But i never did hear of playing in a dark room to help. Ill definitely keep that in mind cus i do once in a while get random headaches or sore eyes and i usually play with the light on. Thanks for the tip! Hopefully i can kick this cold so i can try it out haha
