Ultimately the Admins decision but his attitude doesn't really reflect a good VG member candidate, as he was rude to other players and heavily threatening them with death.
I believe Toad and Slynkies can speak for this such as when we were on zm_forfun.

Repeatedly puts props in crouch spots. I was there listening to the conversation and Cannabis was flipping out when provoked by heavy weapons guy.
