He was already a member prior to making this application. He lost access to his original account and made this new account. We helped him regain access to his original account and closed this application once that was accomplished.

sweet thanks alot . I knew he was a member before , but rules were if a member removes tags they have to make a new app , so wanted to make sure ! He's a good kid been around longer then most of the admins we have now
