@madwoks Best thing to do when theres no admin on is to make a player report. You'll need either screenshots or a Demo of the person breaking rules. Demo's are best.
After you get the demo, you make a player report. Heres our link on how to make one:

Also, if you can, let us know what the player's in-game name is and what their steam ID or player profile url is. You can get their steam ID by typing Status into your console and then type condump to save all the steam id's into a little notepad file. It'll be located in your Counter Strike: Source folder
