Planning on buying this tomorrow or the day after that. Was wondering what your guy's opinions on it are. Obviously I know it's one of the best if not the best air cooler out there. I'm getting it because I'm tired of having air from my CPU staying in the case (hoping to lower GPU temps just a bit + I have a giftcard to Amazon!) because it doesn't shoot it out the back directly like the D14 would.

    IDK thoughts opinions

Was also wondering since I have a Noctua fan already on if I could just simply remove the fan (not the backplate) and install the D14 quickly.

I heard good things about the noctuas. I personally haven't used noctua products. For my cpu cooler I use the corsair h100. In my other desktop I have a corsair h60 which is also a good hydro cooling unit.

Picked up my last fan from Microcenter today for a 3-fan Noctua NH-D14. 1 week until it arrives :(

I have done that with a fan before. When I had a new computer built, I bought a cooler master cpu cooler. Stupid thing only lasted 3 months before it burnt up.
