Banned Player repeated kick and temporary freeze

I was informed by an unavailable administrator, -\/G- The Boss [Dark](Steam ID STEAM_0:1:53441625)that a player by the name of "Cant handle my skill"(Steam ID STEAM_0:1:179887699) was hacking, and as a result was repeatedly kicked from the server, but before this action was taken he was frozen at least twice while I discussed with -\/G- Thanks Obama(Steam ID STEAM_0:1:72196517) what to do since I could not issue a ban due to administrator rank. I remained on the server for some time before leaving so that I could monitor game play and keep a look out for a re-connect. Attached you will find a short replay of said hacking.
