    He has been votebanned 3 with all 9/9 votes. He cannot be banned it seems because he will join and leave constantly and he even claims that he is cheating and has 3 or 4 accounts so if you ban him he will come back.​

    weird you guys can add me if needed if he continues to come back in there. I banned him from our sk server and he hasn't returned since.

    Inventory:

    There is an exploit to spoof your steamid. He was most likely using this. I'll go ahead and ban his IP.

    I'll also look into finding a plugin to block the spoofing of ids
