    spamming chat and mic with music i gave multiple warnings and asked to stop so i muted him and gagged him for 1 day​

    That's probably sufficient for now. If he continues after this, we can extend a longer mute/gag.

    i have also had many complaints about him doing the music spam while no one in vg or admins are on at night

    Yeah that is fine for now, if you get anymore complaints please ask them to get a demo of it happening. If he continues and you catch him yourself just throw a week on em.
