Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

I was on vgamers turbine when - \/G - ClouDz sent me a message that a player was demeaning players on 2fort. Unfortunately, since this is my first report, I did not make a demo of his statements both written and spoken in game chat. While I was on the server, I observed him constantly berating players. - \/G - Illusional attempted to ask him politely to chill but he refused and seemed to get greater satisfaction out of it. He also used in chat the racial slur "nig" to berate players. I used voice to ask him politely to stop and when he refused, put my request on the screen. When he continued I gave him a final warning which he ignored. I then silenced him. Soon after he left. As a side note, he was on earlier this afternoon and was using "nigga" to put people down. I corrected him at that time and he stopped.​

It seems he has a VAC ban too
