I Would really like for a second opinion on this character. I had recorded him a month ago or so when I seen him on and thought he was hacking then too but when I would go spectate he would act dumb of course.

He came in and immedialtly headshot me 6 times in a row sniping soon as I would run around any corner. I went spec and he then decided to go to sewers and just stood still down there for like ever then switched to Demo. He played dumb still for quite some time then right before he left the server I noticed he toggled on and if you watch closely every shot it looks like it auto locks onto the target like a toggle aimbot.

He also has 2 other bans for hacking.

Missed one hacking ban.

The gameME-recorded events don't look all that suspicious, but neither do they rule it out. I'd be happy to review your demo as soon as I have the opportunity to do so.

 

Reviewed the demo. That definitely looks like a toggle. I also have some wallhack suspicions. @Woody and/or @Gotcha can feel free to chime in here, but I say go ahead and ban him.
