Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

He has been told before about breaking boxes. Was told he did it again in game (2nd time, 1st time I wasn't in). I clearly warned him, and noted he has been told before, and said next time would be a ban.

He turned into a zombie, then back to human, so I quickly went spec and watched him break into a cade so bam, 10 minutes to sit and think about it.

FYI, he has been kicked before for prop breaking when he broke my props one night after two others did and I warned everyone, and yes via typing not just chat.​
