I took a look at chat logs and he has still been using racist terms, along with changing his name to a hacking site to troll. I had warned him several times now while ingame and he tends to follow the rules when I am there. When no admins are around of course he goes back to causing problems.

I issued a day ban and also adjusted his gag/mute to perm.
