Detailed Explanation with Screenshots/Demos::

This player has been warned multiple times, slayed at least 5+ times, kicked 2 times, and yet still hasn't been banned for blocking crouch spots/areas. I and other players such as "Bear" have told him before that he has had too many chances to recorrect himself for blocking crouch spots, but the dingus doesn't get it. I would like for him to be banned from the server.

Yep, was pretty steadily breaking the rules round after round, blocking crouch spots with the File Cabinet and Washing Machine props.

 

I issued a 3 day ban to get his attention. If he returns again please get the evidence and let us know again.
