   Hardcore screaming on mic think i forgot the slash in the admin command. But multiple witnesses. Multiple people saying he comes in and does it all the time non stop. Think the mute should be upped to a perm.​

   @Woody Today, he was in there talking a lot of ish to other players in the chat. I went ahead and changed the perm mute to perm silence. He changed his name to ENGEL-BERT. It took me a minute to see that this was the same guy. I had to get in touch with Finesse to figure out that ENGEL-BERT is actually this guy. @MrFinesse Thank you for the help sir!
